Why NeuroFluent exists?
We understand the science of belonging. “Awareness” is the starting line, but fluency is the goal. Being Neurofluent means your leaders don’t just understand a diagnosis, they understand the person and how to truly support them whilst also understand business feasibility. We exist to bridge the gap between clinical insight and corporate reality, ensuring businesses and their people can truly thrive.
What makes us different?
We offer a unique synthesis of four critical domains:
Clinical Rigour: Strategies rooted in the science of how the brain actually works
Data-Driven Insight: Moving beyond guesswork to measure the real impact of inclusion on your performance and retention
HR Expertise: Practical, “real world” solutions that integrate seamlessly into your existing people processes
Change Management Methodology: We provide more than just information; we provide thoughtful change support. We use a structure methodology to ensure that new habits are embedded, expectations are clear, and culture shift is sustainable.
Meet the Founder
Jess Santos
Strategic Consultant & Neuro-inclusion Specialist
I founded NeuroFluent because I’ve seen firsthand that when we change the environment, we change the outcome. For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of HR, Data Analytics, and Change Management, helping some of the world’s most iconic brands like Autoglass and KFC build cultures that actually work for people.
My approach is grounded in academic rigor. Holding an MSc in Research in Clinical Psychology, I understand the clinical nuances of neurodiversity, which allows me to translate complex science into clear, kind, and commercially-smart strategies. My passion for this work has led to multiple awards for DEI and accessibility, but my proudest moments are always seeing a team finally "click" into a new way of working together.
I bring more than just a CV to this work; I bring my own lived experience as a neurodivergent professional. I understand the challenges and the unique strengths of a differently-wired mind from the inside out. This dual lens, professional and personal, is why I’m so committed to helping leaders move past "labels" to find calmer communication and clearer expectations.
